1.The machine bottom frame adopts 200*200mm square steel frame; 

1The stations adopt the four-pillars (40Cr steel) structure for supporting,

2Each station has four buffer cylinders to reduce the vibration of the clamping.

3Unibody construction of mould plates (QT-600 steel) is manufactured under the craft by high precision CNC milling machine.

All four points above mentioned, improving the running stability of the machine. Especially, the coins can keep upright, while machine reaches its max. dry cycles -- 70 times per minute.

1. Every station is driven by the eccentric crank linkage structure.

2. Feeding and heating part have optoelectronic switch in order to prevent error operating from production process.

3. The toothed chain made of 65#Mn, helping convey sheet. Aluminum rails with water cooling, save water.

4. The machine adopts PID temperature system, it shows high precision, and temperature control tolerance ＜1℃.

5. There is a rapid mould change device, which shortens the time for mould change extremely.

6. Each servo motor has overload protection for machine’s overworking.

7. Low barycenter and height of finished products as well as steady running ensures easy operation and friendly viewing.

8. There is an alarm function of the sliding doors.
