1. The oven is four times the index length of the forming area, makes the sheet has sufficient plasticizing time which can speed up the forming speed. In addition, the oven equipped with sheet puncture preheating device, reduce the ratio of sheet collapse.

2. Double layer electric oven, after years of practice and debugging of the heating tile layout scheme, each area can be quickly and accurately adjusted.  

When the temperature of the sheet is too high and sagging beyond the safe distance(usually the safe distance is 15mm) from the lower oven, the sheet will trigger the sensor to push the whole oven to the outside to prevent the sheet may fall on the oven and cause a catastrophic fire, to ensure the safety of equipment and operators.  

1. Adopt Elstein heating tiles with vacuum insulation cotton by the way of far-infrared heating which can improve the thermal conversion efficiency and save more energy. (shorten the warm-up time of the machine by about 50%, save the energy by more than 30%.);

Adopt rapid reaction and effective temperature control module to ensure the sheet heated evenly and improve the production speed.

1. Every station is driven by the eccentric crank linkage structure.

2. Feeding and heating part have optoelectronic switch in order to prevent error operating from production process.

3. The toothed chain made of 65#Mn, helping convey sheet. Aluminum rails with water cooling, save water.

4. The machine adopts PID temperature system, it shows high precision, and temperature control tolerance ＜1℃.

5. There is a rapid mould change device, which shortens the time for mould change extremely.
