Heating Device

The 2500mm German heater has 42 zones (39 upper, 13 lower) with automatic module control and solid-state relay output for precise regulation (±1°C). Ceramic far-infrared elements provide efficient, safe heating. Vertical infrared sensors alarm against overheating to prevent sheet melt.

The entire system utilizes a B&R central controller (with Chinese and English programming) and a human-machine interface. It boasts a high degree of integration, precise control, and ease of operation.

The upper mold table has a motor-driven sprocket lift for ±5 mm height adjustment to fit various closing heights. Water/air lines are built into the table for quick mold changes and a cleaner layout. Stretching uses a servo-driven high-precision ball screw with programmable, accurate positioning.

 

Flipping Cup Receiving Device

The cup receiving system utilizes a servo motor drive and a self-developed V-shaped flipping mechanism, enabling rapid cup suction, flipping, and stacking, suitable for products of various calibers and cup heights.

Both the cup sweeping and pushing devices are controlled by servo motors. They can quickly sweep the products onto the conveyor belt when the counted number of products is reached, based on the number of rows of formed products.
