Machine Structure
The TFC-730 Tilt-mold Cup Thermoforming Machine adopts a structure featuring positive and negative pressure forming, in-mold cutting, and automatic stacking. With its high speed, high efficiency, and easy packaging capabilities, it is currently the most advanced cup making machine in the world. It is suitable for producing plastic cups with a material thickness of up to 2.5mm and a forming depth of less than 200mm.- Machine Components: Unwind station, heating station, in-mold cutting and forming station, tilt-and-stack station, and in-line scrap grinding station.
- Unwind station: For products with higher quality requirements, an optional sanitation detection device can be equipped to ensure the quality of the finished products.
- Heating method: Far-infrared ceramic heating plates are used for heating, with multi-point thermocouple temperature control, providing gentle heating and a uniform temperature field.
- In-mold cutting station: Servo-driven for high positioning accuracy and fast response speed, achieving a maximum cycle rate of 46 molds per minute. The forming and cutting unit features an outward-opening "splay-leg" design for high mold change efficiency. A unique linkage mechanism ensures high clamping force during forming and cutting. The mold table height is electrically adjustable, saving labor and effort.
- Tilt-and-stack station: The stacking count for packaging can be conveniently set via the touchscreen HMI (Human-Machine Interface). Stacked cups are automatically transferred onto a conveyor belt for direct packaging, requiring no manual intervention.
- In-line scrap grinding mechanism: Scrap material is centrally collected and ground for easy disposal.

Structure & Design

Feeding Device
Feeding sheet automatically, and can reduce the load of conveying servo motor works;
Sheet Conveying
Feed using servo motor drive sprocket drive, feed precision is high, start and stop response is fast;


Heating Device
Heater (electric furnace) length 2500mm, using German heater, upper heating 39zones, lower heating 13 zones, a total of 42 zones (attached picture) automatic temperature control adjustment,
Infrared detection sheet vertical alarm, to avoid the electric furnace temperature is too high, sheet heating melt into the electric furnace;
Operation Screen
The entire system utilizes a B&R central controller (with Chinese and English programming) and a human-machine interface. It boasts a high degree of integration, precise control, and ease of operation.


Mould Part
The upper mold table is designed with lifting function, and adopts motor sprocket drive, which is convenient for lifting and adjusting. with a maximum adjustment range of ±5mm;
The stretching adopts servo motor driven high-precision ball screw transmission; the stretching length can be directly set; the stretching length positioning is accurate;
Flipping Cup Receiving Device
The cup receiving system utilizes a servo motor drive and a self-developed V-shaped flipping mechanism, enabling rapid cup suction, flipping, and stacking, suitable for products of various calibers and cup heights.


Cup Conveyor Belt
The cup conveyor belt is driven by a servo motor to rise and fall, and the cups are received according to the number of rows of formed products.
Waste Recycling
The waste materials cut after product production are rolled into waste rolls by the waste recycling structure driven by the servo motor in a counterclockwise rotation. They can be crushed into plastic particles by the online crusher and reused.
