Product Introduction
The TFC-730 Tilt-mold Cup Thermoforming Machine is primarily used to produce plastic cup products in various specifications, using materials such as PP, PS, PET, HIPS, PE, and PLA. The machine adopts positive and negative pressure forming and is equipped with a full servo motor-controlled tilt-mold system. It uses two pairs of conjugate cam-driven linkages to complete the tilting, lifting, and punching actions of the mold table. The machine also features impressive sheet thickness control capability ranging from 0.3 to 2.0 millimeters, making it highly suitable for producing a wide variety of plastic containers, including disposable cups, drink cups, jelly cups, food bowls, and more.

Machine Structure

The TFC-730 Tilt-mold Cup Thermoforming Machine adopts a structure featuring positive and negative pressure forming, in-mold cutting, and automatic stacking. With its high speed, high efficiency, and easy packaging capabilities, it is currently the most advanced cup making machine in the world. It is suitable for producing plastic cups with a material thickness of up to 2.5mm and a forming depth of less than 200mm.
  • Machine Components: Unwind station, heating station, in-mold cutting and forming station, tilt-and-stack station, and in-line scrap grinding station.
  • Unwind station: For products with higher quality requirements, an optional sanitation detection device can be equipped to ensure the quality of the finished products.
  • Heating method: Far-infrared ceramic heating plates are used for heating, with multi-point thermocouple temperature control, providing gentle heating and a uniform temperature field.
  • In-mold cutting station: Servo-driven for high positioning accuracy and fast response speed, achieving a maximum cycle rate of 46 molds per minute. The forming and cutting unit features an outward-opening "splay-leg" design for high mold change efficiency. A unique linkage mechanism ensures high clamping force during forming and cutting. The mold table height is electrically adjustable, saving labor and effort.
  • Tilt-and-stack station: The stacking count for packaging can be conveniently set via the touchscreen HMI (Human-Machine Interface). Stacked cups are automatically transferred onto a conveyor belt for direct packaging, requiring no manual intervention.
  • In-line scrap grinding mechanism: Scrap material is centrally collected and ground for easy disposal.

The cup conveyor belt is driven by a servo motor to rise and fall, and the cups are received according to the number of rows of formed products.

Waste Recycling

The waste materials cut after product production are rolled into waste rolls by the waste recycling structure driven by the servo motor in a counterclockwise rotation. They can be crushed into plastic particles by the online crusher and reused.
