The forming method of plastic forming machine is introduced

The processing and use of plastic molding machine is an engineering technology, which involves various processes that transform plastics into plastic products. During the transformation process, one or more of the following situations often occur, such as the rheology of the polymer and the change of physical and chemical properties.
Press forming
The main equipment used for compression molding is the press and the mold. The most widely used press is a self-contained hydraulic press, with tonnage ranging from dozens of tons to hundreds of tons. There are down press and up press. The molds used for compression molding are called pressing molds and are divided into three categories; Overflow mold, semi-overflow mold do not overflow mold. The main advantage of compression molding is that it can mold larger flat products and mass production, and its disadvantage is that the production cycle is long and the efficiency is low.
Injection molding
Laminating is commonly operated with a laminating machine, which has multiple layers of floating hot plates between the dynamic plate and the fixed plate. The commonly used reinforcing materials for laminating are cotton, glass cloth, paper, asbestos cloth, etc., and the resins are phenolic, epoxy, unsaturated polyester and some thermoplastic resins. Extrusion molding
Extrusion molding is also called extrusion molding or extrusion, it is in the extruder through heating, pressure and make the material flow state through the mouth molding method. The extrusion method is mainly used for the molding of thermoplastics and can also be used for some thermosetting plastics. Extruded products are continuous profiles, such as tubes, rods, wire plates, films, wire and cable cladding. In addition, it can also be used for plastic mixing, plasticizing granulation, coloring, blending and so on. The extrusion forming machine is composed of extrusion device, transmission mechanism and heating and cooling system. Extruders have two types: screw type (single screw and multi-screw) and plunger type. The former extrusion process is continuous, the latter is intermittent. The basic structure of the single screw extruder mainly includes transmission device, charging device, barrel, screw, head and mouth die. Auxiliary equipment of extruder has three categories of material pretreatment equipment (such as material conveying and drying), extruder treatment equipment (shaping, cooling, traction, cutting or rolling) and production conditions control equipment.
Extrusion forming
Extrusion molding is one of the forming methods of thermosetting fiber reinforced plastics. It is used to produce profiles with fixed section shape and unrestricted length. The molding process is to pull out the continuous fiber impregnated with resin glue through a heating die, and then further solidify the resin through a heating chamber to prepare a unidirectional high-strength continuously reinforced plastic profile.
Usually used for extrusion molding resins are unsaturated polyester, epoxy and silicone three kinds. Unsaturated polyester resin is the most used. Extrusion molding machine is usually composed of fiber arrangement device, resin tank, preforming device, die and heating device, traction device and cutting equipment.
