1. Profile positioning: Take a prepared profile, which requires: no bending or twisting, and put it on the bed conveyor wheel. According to the profile width, shape and coating requirements, adjust the distance between the two rows of conveyor wheels; adjust the width and height of the ruler and the platform to suit the coating requirements of the profile; install the guide wheels on both sides to make the profile parallel to the direction of movement of the conveyor wheel.
2. Installation and adjustment of the pressure wheel: Install and adjust the small pressure wheel according to the surface contour of the profile. Generally, the center line or cross section of the profile, the high point or low point of the main curve of the profile, and transition and roll point by point along the profile contour. Make the profile and the diaphragm compound together. Install the small pressure wheel to balance the force of the line, and do it at the same time on the left and right. If there is a pressure wheel on the top, the support wheel must be installed on the bottom to balance the force of the line up and down. Otherwise, it will cause unreality and other phenomena at the line joints. For large flat surfaces, you can use a small pressing wheel to gradually roll from the center to both sides. At the 90° corner, you need to use the small pressing wheel 3 times to gradually turn the corner. For lines with complex shapes, the small pressing wheels need to be arranged naturally and cannot be forced into shape. Especially for the pasting of decorative paper, it should be more natural and smooth.
