How should it be debugged? Plastic thermoforming machines should be debugged during use. So how should plastic thermoforming machines be debugged? Let's take a look together!
Step 1: Open the chassis door, insert the compressed air pipe from the small hole at the bottom rear of the chassis, and then insert it into the air pressure regulating valve air inlet joint behind the chassis door, and fix it with a pipe clamp.
Step 2: Close the chassis door, turn on the air source switch to input compressed air, and the machine press plate will automatically rise.
Step 3: Install the bakelite mold or mold plate on the horizontal table of the disc, and connect the wires on the mold plate to the terminal in the middle of the machine horizontal table.
Step 4: Connect the blister machine node, turn on the machine circuit master switch, and connect the entire machine electrical circuit.
Step 5: Adjust the current conversion switch and power-on time. According to the actual packaging situation, you can select the appropriate heating current gear and heating time.
Step 6: When the temperature of the blister machine reaches the specified value, the work debugging is completed (rotate the dial, when the mold reaches the specified position, the pressing plate will automatically press down)
Through the above introduction of the plastic thermoforming machine manufacturer, everyone should know how to debug the plastic thermoforming machine!
