APPLICATION AREA

The sheet extruder is composed of extrusion, calendaring, traction and sheet receiving. It extrudes PP/PS resin to PP/PS sheet rolls which can make jelly cups, ice cream cups, lids, containers and etc.

Main feature

1. Each roller is controlled separately by servo motor which is high quality

2. Sheet traction uses servo motor, saving more energy.

3.Heating way: Aluminum casted heater.

4. There are thermal couple on the heating to check if the temperature can reach the standard.
