The equipment and functions we can provide for the entire production line

• Sheet machine: It is used to process the raw materials of disposable plastic cups. Plastic particles are made into sheets, rolled into barrels for later use, and then transported into the cup making machine to be heated and formed into plastic cups.
• Crusher: There will be some scraps left in the production, which can be crushed into granules and continue to be used, which is not considered waste.
• Blender: After the leftovers are crushed, put them in the blender together with the new granules and mix them, and then pull the tablets again for use.
• Air compressor: The cup making machine uses air pressure to force the sheet to cling to the surface of the cavity to form the desired product, so an air compressor is needed to create air pressure.
• Cup stacking machine: automatic nesting of disposable plastic cups, eliminating the problems of slow manual cup stacking, unhygienic, and increased labor costs.
• Packing machine: The outer plastic bag of the supermarket cup is automatically packed by the packaging machine. After the cup stacking machine completes the stacking, it is automatically counted and packaged by the packaging machine.
• Manipulator: The cup making machine can not only make cups, but also can make lunch boxes, fresh-keeping boxes and other products that conform to the forming principle. For the case where the cup stacking machine cannot be stacked, the manipulator can be used to grab the stack.
• Automatic feeding machine: Automatically add plastic raw materials to the sheet machine, saving time and effort.
