The TQC-750S is a fully automatic Plastic Cup Thermoforming Machine with 6-Axis Servo Control. Max speed 42 cycles/min. Supports PP, PET,PVC,PS, HIPS and Biodegradable PLA sheets.
Cup complete production line is hydraulic driven system which produces all kinds of dishes, bowls, containers, cups and etc. Suitable material is PP/PS/PET/PVC/HIPS/Corn starch.

1. Suitable for Multiple Plastic Materials
The machine supports PP, PET, PLA, PVC, HIPS, BOPS, and other thermoforming materials, making it suitable for disposable food packaging and eco-friendly biodegradable cup production.
2. Full Servo Hydraulic Control System
The machine adopts a full servo hydraulic control system to ensure smooth operation, stronger forming power, and more stable product quality during high-speed production.
3. Large Forming Area and High Production Speed
With a maximum forming area of 750 × 480mm and production speed up to 35 strokes per minute, the machine is suitable for medium and large-scale disposable cup manufacturing.
4. PLC Intelligent Touch Screen Control
The touch screen control system supports electrical adjustment, recipe storage, temperature control, and remote maintenance, helping operators reduce workload and improve production efficiency.
