TTF series fully automatic four-station plastic thermoforming machine is our latest core product. The machine integrates forming, punching, cutting and stacking in one, and is a four-in-one machine. It has a wide range of uses and is suitable for large forming areas required by customers. It can produce plastic trays, containers, trays, clamshell cake boxes, lids, etc. The machine is fully driven by servo motors, with stable operation, low noise, high efficiency and high quality.

Feeding system
A servo-driven feeding system with guide rails transports plastic sheets automatically to the heating zone for stable, even entry. The process adjusts to sheet thickness and material properties to ensure optimal heating

Heating system
The heating system uses a German Elstein ceramic heater to quickly and evenly heat the sheet to the set temperature. The temperature controller monitors the heating zone and adjusts power output in real time to ensure an ideal softening state within the proper temperature range.

Forming system
The forming system (upper mold, lower mold, and vacuum/pressure device) quickly closes on the heated sheet, using vacuum or pressure to form the desired shape. Forming parameters like pressure and time are precisely set via the control system for different product needs.

Cutting system
Formed sheets are automatically fed to the cutting area, where high-speed tools or die-cutters accurately cut to preset size and shape. A waste recycling device can also be added to process scraps and minimize material waste.

Stacking system
Finished products are automatically sent to the stacking area, where they are stacked and sorted by preset quantity, then neatly placed on the output table for packaging or transport.

control system
The intelligent console interface has storage function. All parameters can be saved in the device to facilitate next operation.
