TQC-650B Siemens PLC Touch Screen Cup Making Machine is suitable for producing the Plastic cup, container, tray and lid. Thermoforming machine easily operable, labor-saving, less maintenance and high efficient. The thermoforming machine is designed with most advanced thermoforming technology, a combination of mechanical, electrical and pneumatic components. And the whole system was controlled by PLC. The machine has man-interface operation, preheating by heat conduction oil roller, send sheet by chain, running by cam, press by servo-motor, forming by air pressure. It combines the preheating, material feeding, heating, drawing, forming, cutting, rewinding into one process.
