Application:

Wholesale PP plastic cup thermoforming machine is mainly used for producing the disposable tableware, cold drink cups, yogurtcups, jelly cups, ice cream cups, fast food box, plastic bowls, tea cover. Medicine, light industry, textile, tourism, toys and other plastic packaging products also can be processed.

Main Features:

1. The stretching plug inside of the upper mould is controlled by air cylinder.
2. The sheet feeding is controlled by normal motor with encode.
3. Adopts two pillars to fix the mould.
4. The upper mould is fixed and the under movement is driven by hydraulic pressure
5. Each area temperature is controlled by one Temperature controller
6. Machine production process started from sheet feeding, heating, stretching, forming and in-mould cutting in one stroke.
7. Machine frame adopts channel steel.
8. The electrical cabinet is operated by buttons.
