Automatic Dish Thermoforming Machine adopts servo motor for sheet feeding and stretching, PLC for programme, touch screen for operation, stable, low noise, high efficiency. Thanks to its replaceable moulds, this machine is applied to process so many containers in different size and shape, like plastic plate, dish, plate, fruit box, cake box, tray and etc.
Of course, if customer wants to produce sheet material by himself, we also have sheet extruder. In addition, there is a recycling part at the end of automatic dish thermoforming machine, sheet extruder can mix 50% waste sheet and 50% new sheet together to produce totally new sheet material.
Wide material compatibility: Suitable for PP, PE, PVC, PET and other thermoplastic materials, processing sheet thickness from 0.15 mm films to 2 mm sheets.
