Plastic clear punch bowl making machine is mainly suitable for raw sheet PS, expansion PP, PET, biodegraded PP, etc to make all kinds of thin & open container through vacuum forming process, for example, many kinds of disposable lunch box, fast food plate, instant noodle bowl, western food box, inner lining of food packing, ice cream cup, candy box, cake component, hardware, etc as well as breeding plate for farm crops and vegetales.

Main Features:

1. The stretching plug inside of the upper mould is controlled by air cylinder.
2. The sheet feeding is controlled by normal motor with encode.
3. Adopts two pillars to fix the mould.
4. The upper mould is fixed and the under movement is driven by hydraulic pressure
5. Each area temperature is controlled by one temperature controller
6. Machine production process started from sheet feeding, heating, stretching, forming and in-mould cutting in one stroke.
7. Plastic clear punch bowl making machine frame adopts channel steel.
8. The electrical cabinet is operated by buttons.
