On this machine, you can make disposable plastic cups, milk tea cups, coffee cups, lunch boxes, takeaway boxes, plastic lids, egg trays, injection trays and cake boxes, etc. The sheets suitable for this machine can be PP, PS, PET, RPET, PVC, etc.

1. The stretching plug inside of the upper mould is controlled by air cylinder.
2. The sheet feeding is controlled by normal motor with encode.
3. Adopts two pillars to fix the mould.
4. The upper mould is fixed and the under movement is driven by hydraulic pressure
5. Each area temperature is controlled by one temperature controller
6. Machine production process started from sheet feeding, heating, stretching, forming and in-mould cutting in one stroke.
7. Machine frame adopts channel steel.
8. The electrical cabinet is operated by buttons.

Structure & Design

Heating Device

Upper heater 3263x900mm/13 zones, lower 3023x900mm/12 zones, total 25 PID zones. German ceramic heaters with insulation ensure fast response, short cycle, and low energy consumption.

Forming Station

Equipped with a 17.3kW servo motor. Upper mold manually adjustable for different product heights. Mold platform of high-strength ductile iron; connecting rods of cast steel (ZG45).

Robotic Arm

The machine is equipped with a suction-cup robotic arm that picks up the cups from the forming mold and places them into the stacking unit.

 

Cup Stacking Unit

Stacking unit custom-configured per mold layout, with vertical guide posts to secure cups and prevent tipping. Transfers along the guide rail into the flipping mold once preset count is met.

Touch Screen

It adopts Siemens PLC & Touch screen.

Flipping Mold

After the cups are pushed into the flipping mold, the mold rotates 90° clockwise and moves along the upper guide rail to the conveyor. The cup pushing mechanism then ejects the cups from the mold onto the conveyor belt.

Cup Pushing Device

Driven by a servo motor, the cup pushing device slides upward to transfer the cups from the stacking unit into the flipping mold.

Conveyor Belt

The cup pushing device ejects the cups from the flipping mold onto the conveyor belt, which then transports them to the packaging machine.

Online Crushing

The production waste is conveyed through the upper track of the machine into the online crusher, where it is crushed into plastic granules for reuse.
