Main Features:

1. The stretching plug inside of the upper mould is controlled by air cylinder.
2. The sheet feeding is controlled by normal motor with encode.
3. Adopts two pillars to fix the mould.
4. The upper mould is fixed and the under movement is driven by hydraulic pressure
5. Each area temperature is controlled by one temperature controller
6. All-digital control system uses dedicated controller, multiple CPU processing division, a multi-functional automatic fault detection, alarm system.

7. System is of high stability and responsiveness. System uses man made interface for easy operation and
with a number of peripheral interfaces.

The seller guarantee the machines are new (or unused) and the guarantee period will be given 12 (twelve) months which starts from the date of the machine's arrival. During this period, the seller will provide free maintenance and free spare parts that caused by the machine's quality, but the buyer must pay the round trip tickets and accommodation expenses for seller's technicians.
