TTF-520AF series thermoforming machine integrates mechanical, electrical and pneumatic components. Product Details


Sheet Feeding
Square steel structure--good material, more stable;
Loading automatically, save human resources, just need one worker to operation, it is efficient and convenient;
Feeding sheet automatically can reduce the load of conveying servo motor;
Double stations for sheet roll, the max. Sheet roll diameter can reach 900mm.
The optoelectronic switch can control the feeding motor on and off to control the sheet feeding speed.
Sheet Conveying
Conveying part adopts aluminium rail which has cooling water inside, to improve the sheet cooling efficiency;
#65 Mn chain with tooth,very hard, high resilience & heat resistance;
The width of the rail can be adjusted by itself automatically from 250mm-720mm. (Differs by different mould);
The sheet conveying is driven by servo motor, makes the more accurate and higher efficiency.


Heating Part
Adopt Elstein heating tiles with vacuum insulation cotton by the way of far-infrared heating which can improve the thermal conversion efficiency and save more energy.(shorten the warm-up time of the machine by about 50%,save the energy by more than 30%.);
Adopt rapid reaction and effective temperature control module to ensure the sheet heated evenly and improve the production speed.
Forming-punching-cutting-stacking station
The machine bottom frame adopts 200*200mm square steel frame;
The stations adopt the four-pillars (40Cr steel) structure for supporting,
Each station has four buffer cylinders to reduce the vibration of the clamping.
Unibody construction of mould plates (QT-600 steel) is manufactured under the craft by high precision CNC milling machine.
All four points above mentioned, improving the running stability of the machine. Especially, the coins can keep upright, while machine reaches its max. dry cycles -- 70 times per minute.


Micro parallelism misalignment
The parallelism misalignment between guide plate is less than 0.05mm, and for mould, less than 0.03mm, much lower than the industry average level;
The micro parallelism misalignmentmakes finished products size more accurate, and the bottom more uniform;
Symmetrical swing connection mechanism ensure the parallelism of machine running, avoid four pillars transverse abrasion;
All above mentioned avoid the uneven extrusion of mould, punching needle, cutting knife and four pillars while working station clamping which can reduce machine abrasion and prolong service life and get perfect finished products.
Full servo motor drive
We use full servo motor drive on important parts (conveying,forming,cutting etc.) of machine, to ensure perfect products and machine long life span. Each servo motor has overload protection for machine's overworking.


Four stacking solutions
Our machine has four stacking solutions:
a. push up and then push horizontally
b. push up and then pick up
c. push the products up and rotate and then push horizontally;
d. Push down
"d" solution is standard, "a,b,c" solutions are optional. Different stacking solutions can meet the needs of different product shapes, stacking methods and forming speed(It should adopt "push up" solutions when the forming speed is more than 30 cycles/min, and can adopt all above listed solutions when the speed less than 30 cycles/min).
