Plastic cup thermoforming machine is our lasted developed product, Sheet feeding and stretching part are driven by servo motor.Machine produces disposable products, such as plastic cup, bowl, lid, and box through the workflow of sheet feeding, sheet heating, forming, cutting and blowing, widely used and suitable for most of the customer requested. PLC for program, manual interface for operation, stable, low noise, and high efficiency.


Disposable Plastic Transparent Cup Production Equipment – Introduction
- The main frame features a 4-guide-post structure. The guide posts are made of 40Cr steel, quenched and tempered, and externally plated with hard chrome. They offer high rigidity, precise guiding performance, and wear resistance, contributing to a long service life for the mold shear edges.
- The heater features automatic temperature control with contactless output from a single-phase voltage regulating module, providing stable and high-precision temperature regulation with a control error of ±1°C. There are 8 heating zones on the top and 8 on the bottom. The upper heating oven moves forward toward the mold, achieving a seamless connection between the mold and the heating oven. An additional adjustable zone is added at the connection between the upper oven and the mold to reduce front-to-back temperature differences in the product.
- The sheet feeding chain uses toothed double-row roller chains. The chain rails have built-in water cooling channels for high cooling efficiency and water savings. The inner covers are made of stainless steel plates, and the guide rail strips are made of 40Cr steel (quenched) for high working surface hardness and an exceptionally long service life.
- The sheet feeding drive uses a variable frequency motor and a hard-geared reducer from a Taiwanese brand, offering high control accuracy, precise positioning, and fast start/stop response.
- The downstream end is equipped with an automatic scrap rewinding unit for edge trim, with a maximum roll diameter of 1000 mm. Roll changes are convenient.
- Dual cooling is provided by high-power blowers and mist spraying, enabling faster and better product shaping, minimizing defective products, accelerating cooling speed, and improving production efficiency.
