TQC-650B fully automatic cup thermoforming machine is used to produces disposable plastic cups, ice cream cups, bowls, cold and hot drinking cups, yoghurt cups, plastic dishes, plastic trays, plastic covers, plastic lids and so on.
Main Features of Fully Automatic Cup Thermoforming Machine:
1) Full-automatic, adopts servo-motor for sheet feeding. PLC for programme and touch screen for operating.
2) Sheets like PP, PVC, PS, and PET and other plastic sheet can be produced on this machine.
3) Mould adopts four pillar structures.
5) Mould movement driven by adopts hydraulic pressure drive.
6) Automatically lubricate at certain time.
7) Temperature controller module controls each temperature area.
8) Sheet feeding, heating, forming, stretching, and in-mould cutting in one line.
