TQC-750 Coffee Cup Thermoforming Machine is suitable for producing plastic cup bowl box containers and lids. The whole machine is controlled by PLC and Servo system (Equipped with a stretching servo motor), the positioning is more accurate and the thermoforming is more stable. The machine has the advantages of stable operation, low noise, energy saving and environmental protection, high grade of finished products. This machine is mainly used in production of PP PS PE PET HIPS PLA thermoplastic sheet with positive pressure forming to become different kinds of jelly cups, beverage cups, packaging boxes high grade containers, and so on. The forming area is 750mm x 480 mm, forming depth 180mm, max production speed 45 cycle/min.

1. Can this machine produce Biodegradable (PLA) cups?

Yes, absolutely. PLA material is sensitive to temperature. The TQC-750S features German Heaters with Segment Control, allowing for precise temperature management to form PLA sheets perfectly without melting or deforming them.

2. What is the actual production capacity?

The machine runs at a maximum speed of 42 cycles per minute. Your total output depends on the mold layout (cavities). For example, if you use a 32-cavity mold for small water cups, the output would be 32 x 42 = 1,344 cups per minute.

3. How does the control system work?

The machine uses a Micro PLC system combined with a Man-Machine Interface (touchscreen). This allows the entire operation-from material feeding to cutting-to be automated and easily monitored by a single operator.
