(1) The tension plug is controlled by servo motor

2) The pin chain is an inverter controlled by a motor. The length of the feeding is controlled by the encoder.

3) Take four cylinders to fix it in the mold. We can fix the column mold in four to one. 

4) The mold is fixed in the upper and lower molds and a double cam driven motion. 

5)  The temperature control of each zone is through the temperature control module.

6) The production process consists of heating plates, plug materials, stretching, forming and cutting in the mold and blowing out the final product.

7) We use a square steel frame to make it strong.

8) This machine is controlled by PLC and touch screen.
