Our factory located in Gexiang Industrial Zone, Feiyun town, Ruian city, Zhejiang province, China.
Customer can fly to Wenzhou airport, then we will pick you up by car.

Our mahcine needs about 60days in normal, if your order is urgent, we can discuss to acclerate it. 

Q5. When the machine have problems,how you can sove it?
Firslty,we have 1 year warranty,we can provide comsumable spare parts for free.
Secondly,all machine will be insatalled and test well in factory,we will test machine for one week,andmake surewhen you receive machine,can start prodcution at once.

Thirdly,when you receive machine,if it can not run well,then you can send video and photo to us,we are 24 hours avaliable for you,and will teach you step by step,help you slove problem,

Fourthly,if you can not slove the machine problem, by yourself,then we can dispatch the engineer to your factory.

Q6.What is the manual and instruction language?
The manual and instruction all will use English language,if you want use your country language,it alsocan be customized,and we also will send you a operation video,teach you how to change mold and operate machine,
