Pp Ps Sheet Extruder

The Pp Ps sheet extruder is composed of extrusion, calendaring, traction and rolling. The main parts are abrasion resistant, resistant to corrosion, high-temperature resistant by high quality specially-treated. Low resistance force in die head extruding channel makes sheet thickness evenly, the internal spiral tank in three rollers ensures an effective cooling and it is easy to change and install net changer with the hydraulic pressure unit, no need to stop machine.
The machine extrudes PP/PS granule to PP/PS sheet with single color, which is used for producing plastic products by plastic thermoforming machines, like cups, food container, trays, dishes, bowls, lids, etc.

1. Special design of screw, simple, effective, without blocking angle, and with internal water cooling system to enable PP/PS raw material melted completely and uniformly, extruding speedly without overheating, high capacity and excellent quality.
2. Two stage synchronized take off unit. Take off roller with interal water cooling circulation system, cooling and stablizing the sheet extrusing out from the T-die to enable the sheet stretching properly, and conveying to the winder smoothly.

4. Two Shaft tumbling winder with meter counter, torque motor in smoothly and adjustable speed.
5. Margin waste rewinder, the waste of both margin of the sheet are cut and rewind with this unit, the position of this unit can be adjusted according to the width of the sheet, it is equipped with high quality torque motor, speed adjustable.
6. T-die, special designed for Pp Ps Sheet Extruder, precisely ground internal flowing passage, adjustable die lip for different thickness, with proper temperature zone, resin extruded uniformly, simple structure easy for assembly and cleaning.
