Pp Sheet Making Extruder

APPLICATION AREA:

The Pp sheet making extruder is composed of extrusion, calendaring, traction and rolling. The main parts are abrasion resistant, resistant to corrosion, high-temperature resistant by high quality specially-treated. 

Low resistance force in die head extruding channel makes sheet thickness evenly, the internal spiral tank in three rollers ensures an effective cooling and it is easy to change and install net changer with the hydraulic pressure unit, no need to stop machine. 

The machine extrudes PP/PS granule to PP/PS sheet with single color, which is used for producing plastic products by plastic thermoforming machines, like cups, food container, trays, dishes, bowls, lids, etc.

We will offer you all necessary documents, e.g. general layout plan, water scheme, electrical diagram and user manual after the contract is executed.

Arrangement for inspection, installation and testing work

a.After being informed machines ready for inspection, customer can send engineers to our factory.

b.After the Pp sheet making extruder is delivered to customer’s factory;We will send one or two technicians to the factory after preparation work is completed;Technicians will be responsible for guide on-site installation and testing machines.

c.Meanwhile technicians will give training lessons to labors in customer’s factory.
