TQC-650B Ice Cream Container Production Line is suitable for producing plastic cup bowl box containers and lids. The whole machine is controlled by PLC and Servo system (Equipped with a stretching servo motor), the positioning is more accurate and the thermoforming is more stable. The machine has the advantages of stable operation, low noise, energy saving and environmental protection, high grade of finished products. This machine is mainly used in production of PP PS PE PET HIPS PLA thermoplastic sheet with positive pressure forming to become different kinds of jelly cups, beverage cups, packaging boxes high grade containers, and so on. The forming area is 650 x 320mm, forming depth 180mm, max production speed 35 cycle/min.
Equipment Details:
1. PLC Control: Siemens PLC for accurate performance and recipe storage.
2. Mold Guide Columns: Stable four-column design (40R steel, hard chrome plated) for durability and high accuracy in mold operation.
3. Temperature Control: PID regulation with Taiwan Yangming modules; temperature deviation within ±1 degree across 20 channels.
4. Sheet Feeding Chain: Double-row roller chain with teeth, supported by quenched 40Cr guide rails for enhanced durability.
5. Hydraulic System: Joint-venture oil pump with imported electromagnetic valves from Taiwan.
6. Heater: Tianbao curved electric heating tiles for high efficiency and safety.
7. Servo Stretching: Huichuan servo motors control mold speed for uniform strength and consistent bottom thickness, optimizing material usage.
8. Accessories: Air circuit control with AIRTAC cylinders, utilizing reliable Japanese and Taiwanese components for longevity.
