Disposable plastic cups are not smooth, generally divided into two situations:

1. The outer surface of the cup is not smooth
This is because the mold cavity is not electroplated and polished, and there are turning tool marks on the surface, so it is not smooth and has pitting. The electroplating and polishing of the mold cavity is the most basic process, but some manufacturers will omit this step in order to save money.

2. There are stretch marks on the inner surface of disposable plastic cups
This has to be considered in many ways:

1. Is the roller of the sheet machine smooth, and is the sheet smooth?

2. Is the temperature of the temperature control system (heating tile) stable, and is the debugging in place?

3. Is the surface of the drawing head of the upper mold smooth, and is the size and R angle appropriate?
