The fully automatic thermoforming machine(disposable milk tea cup making machine) is suitable for the production of PP, PS, PVC and PET plastic cups, bowls, trays and lids. The TQC-650B fully automatic thermoforming uses a hydro-pneumatic forming system. Compared with the traditional mechanical cam forming system, the hydraulic system has lower operating noise, stronger punching force, more stable forming quality and longer service life.
The fully automatic thermoforming machine can be equipped with a servo stretching system. The product forming effect, uniformity and brightness are better than those of ordinary cylinder stretching systems, especially for the production of PET and PLA products.
