PP Sheet Extrusion Machine

The PP sheet extrusion machine is composed of extrusion, calendaring, traction and rolling. The main parts are abrasion resistant, resistant to corrosion, high-temperature resistant by high quality specially-treated. Low resistance force in die head extruding channel makes sheet thickness evenly, the internal spiral tank in three rollers ensures an effective cooling and it is easy to change and install net changer with the hydraulic pressure unit, no need to stop machine.
The machine extrudes PP/PS granule to PP/PS sheet with single color, which is used for producing plastic products by plastic thermoforming machines, like cups, food container, trays, dishes, bowls, lids, etc.

Main Features of PP Sheet Extrusion Machine: 

1. V.F driving for speed regulation. Tandem screw with independent heating zones to insure easy operation, easy trouble shooting, precise heating and curing.
2. Importing temperature control system. PP sheet extrusion machine can run stable and reliable. 
3. Circulation water cooling. (Water tower, user to add)
4. The head employed automatic screen exchange system (with a hydraulic station) to save time and reduce wastage. About 30% may be saved.
5. Mold pressure control employed digital display and a septum pressure gage. The two systems insure stable top sheet quality.
6. Winder may overturn automatically. With meter counter for length pre-setting. Winding width is adjustable.

1.The material of the screw and barrel is 38CrMoAlA, after nitriding treatment, the hardness is the best, the corrosion resistance is strong, and the service life is long.

4.Roller layout: According to the level type, each roller is arranged side by side. Cooling method: Since there are many trough irons inside each drum, a spiral method (not a linear method) is used to cool each drum.
