PS Lid Capping Machine adopts Hydraulic driven system. but which sheet conveyor parts and streching parts use two servo motors for ensuring high accurate sheet converying and stable streching effects .
This macine use PLC touch screen as operation system more easy to operating, and the machine structure use four pillar type making machine more stable and having low noise, . there are 120 pieces ceremic tiles in the heating area to ensure high temperature needs in TQC-650B Little maintenance effort required and long intervals between maintenances Most of Components are from multi-national suppliers assures a reliability and worldwide compatibility.
The forming area is 650 x 320mm, forming depth 180mm, max production speed 35 cycle/min.
