Plastic Sheet Extrusion

Plastic Sheet Extrusion is a single-layer PP PS sheet extrusion machine that is our middle capacity sheet extrusion machine. The machine combines heating device, die head device, Three roller device, tracking and cooling stand shaft, and finished sheet roll into process.
PP/PS single-layer sheet machine is mainly used to process PP (polypropylene) and PS (polystyrene) single-layer sheets. Its application areas cover multiple industries, such as:
• Packaging industry:
Suitable for the production of food packaging, disposable lunch boxes, trays and other products.
• Electronic toy outer packaging:
Used for insulation protection of electronic equipment (such as electrical back panels) and toy plastic protective cover packaging.
• Medical industry:
After thermoforming processing, medical equipment trays can be made. ‌
• Agricultural products:
Such as seedling trays, disposable plastic flower pots, etc.,

APPLICATION AREA

1. Plastic sheet extrusion consist of single-screw extruder(including T-die and hydraulic driven filter net changer), Vertical three-roller calender, Cooling bracket, traction part, double working-position rewinder, and electric control cabinet

2.Non-stop fast filter net changer with double-sieve is controlled by hydraulic unit, which ensures easy operation and high production efficiency.

3. Double working-position air-shaft rewinder ensure quick changement of sheet rolls and easy operation.

4. Each roller is controlled by separate servo motor.
