Pet Sheet Extruder

Pet Sheet Extruder uses servo motor driven system and PLC control system with data operation, alarm and has other functions. It adpots twin-screw co-extruding, is suitable for producing PET, PLA sheet and recycled materials, do not need the pre-crystallization drying system, also has the advantage of low power consumption and high plasticizing effect. The screw with modular structure and diversified portfolio is easier to maintain and change. The barrel is set with double vacuum suction hole to ensure a full emission of water vapor. The extruder is equipped with melting pump to stabilize the extruding the pressure and ensure that the thickness of sheet is on uniform.

Sheet extruder is composed of extruding parts, filter parts,three rollers parts, traction parts and rewindering part. Main parts(screw,cylinder,die head)are made of high quality specially-treated alloys. It is characterized by abrasion resistant, resistant to corrosion, high-termperature, ect. The extruding channel is even in resistance force and has no rention to make the thickness of sheet in balance. The internally spiral tank ensures an effective cooling. With the hydraulic pressure changes net device, it is easy to change and install, no need to stop machine.
