1.3This mold is designed particularly.Heating the thermoplastic in the mold.Piston extruding and air compressing,increasing.Pressure make sheet stick to mold tightly.Final products is finished after cutting and automatic huffing.

1.4Closing and opening mold run with Hydraulic pressure system.In order to reach one machine with multi-purpose,controlling part adopts high sensitive journey switch and relay controlled transmission.The construction is designed reasonably.The mold is changed easily.

1.5 The feeding is executed by the precise overdrive clutch.The adjustment of the structure is accurate.Working reliabley,little noise,running slightly.The running rate is controlled by the frequency motor to arrive machine frequent control.This adjustment has high precision,big scope and the speed is fast.

1.6The whole drying oven adopts the air operated drawer structure.It is convenient to use and mend.The heater uses baries the type ceramics inframed radiation board,heating up quickly and the efficirncy is high.So it can achieve the sheet material heating temperature even.The temperature is divided into eight sections and each section is controlled automatically.

This machine is applicable to the production of PP,PE,PS,HIPS etc.Heating up the plastic to the approprite temperature to form,making kinds of containers,such as disposable cups,instant noodle bowl,jelly cups with thinner thickness.
