Application:

TQC-750 plastic thermoforming machine(hydraulic cup making machine) adopt servo motor for sheet feeding and streching, PLC for programe, touch screen for operation, stable, low noise and high efficiency. Suitable for producing plastic cups, fruit containers, bowls, trays, fast food boxes and etc.

Advantage:

1.Under the condition of stable voltage,the speed and strength of the upper mould moving by servo motor are the same,ensure the bottom of every forming cup has even thickness.(Instead of the traditional device controlled by cylinder,because the pressure moving the cylinder has high and low pressure,so the cylinder will move with different speed and power,then it can’t ensure the bottom of every forming cup has even thickness.)

2.Under the condition of stable voltage, Servo motor to feed the sheet precisely to avoid wasting sheet.

Main parts:

*FRL(Filter,Regulator, Lubricator) Steady pressure, Filter water and with compressed air into the pneumatic components(cylinder), and atomize the lubricating oil.
