Working Theroy and process

First, put the sheet on sheet loarder. Motor drives sheet to electric furnace,after heat the sheet by heater, transmit sheet to forming part, then stretch the piston and compress the air so that the thermoplastic can be closely attached to the mould and take shape finally, the products come into being after die cutting and automatic blowing, motor drive to rewind waste sheet.
