3. 3. The design of the mold is advanced and special, heat the thermoplastic plastic flake board and put on the mold, pull the piston, give the pressure to the air, keep the flake board close to the inside of the mold to form, then, cut and automatically blow the product.
4. 4. The structure of the whole machine is compact, one mold has all the functions, like pressure giving, forming, cutting, cooling, and finished product blowing, so the process is short, quality of the finished product is high and matches with national sanitary standard.

Q1: Do you have different models for each machine?

A: Yes, we have different models and we can customize the machine according to your requirements.

Q2: What is the production time?

Reply: Normally we need around  two months.

Q3: What service you can offer after we buy the machine?

A: We have experienced technicians who can help to install and test running the machine anytime overseas. 

Moreover, our own export personel will give you the service support after buying the machine. As long as you 

have any questions, we will try our best to help you.

Q4: Should the customer send the sample cups?

A: Yes, if there is. If the customer has no samples, please send a drawing or a photo of the sample, and let us 

know the size. Then we will send the drawing for your confirmation.

Q5: What about the payment terms?

A: We accept T/T. 30% as deposit and 70% balance should be paid before delivery. We can also accept 100% 

confirmed irrevocable L/C at sight.

Q6: What is the capacity of the thermoforming machine?

A: Working 20 hrs/day, the capacity is 300,000-500,000 pcs/day. The accurate capacity depends on the size and material of the products.
