TQC-650B Hydraulic Disposable Plastic Cup Bowl Making Machine Thermoforming Machine is suitable for producing plastic cup bowl box containers and lids. The whole machine is controlled by PLC and Servo system (Equipped with a stretching servo motor), the positioning is more accurate and the thermoforming is more stable. The machine has the advantages of stable operation, low noise, energy saving and environmental protection, high grade of finished products. This machine is mainly used in production of PP PS PE PET HIPS PLA thermoplastic sheet with positive pressure forming to become different kinds of jelly cups, beverage cups, packaging boxes high grade containers, and so on. The forming area is 650 x 320mm, forming depth 180mm, max production speed 35 cycle/min.
