Air Pressure Cup Thermoforming Machine is the most advanced thermoforming machine technology, a combination of mechanical, electrical and friction components. The entire system is controlled by a PLC. Constant temperature preheating, feeding chain, cam drive, upper and lower mold forming, die cutting. It cuts the sheet into heated stretch forming into a process. Full-automatic forming machine is designed to process PP, PS, HIPS, PET, and PVC sheets into a wide range of products such as plastic cups, lids, bowls, trays, plates. It is ideal for manufacturing disposable tableware and plastic cups such as cold drink cups, yogurt cups, jelly cups, ice cream cups, snack boxes, plastic bowls, and milk tea lids.
