Polypropylene Extruders

APPLICATION AREA:

The polypropylene extruders extrude PP/PS granule to PP/PS sheet with single color, which is used for producing plastic products by plastic thermoforming machines, like cups, food container, trays, dishes, bowls, lids, etc.

Low resistance force in die head extruding channel makes sheet thickness evenly, the internal spiral tank in three rollers ensures an effective cooling and it is easy to change and install net changer with the hydraulic pressure unit, no need to stop machine.

COMPONENT:

A. EXTRUDER PART: 1 SET

Screw & Barrel Material: 38 CrMoAlA after nitrogen treatment with optimum hardness, strong corrosion resistance and long service lifetime. 

B. DIE HEAD PART: 1 SET

T-die Design: like cloth-hanger, enable the melting material be flowed evenly from the outlet.

C. FILTER PART: 1 SET

Net Change: By hydraulic system, it includes double filters.

D. 3 ROLLERS PART: 1 SET

The cooling way: It's gyroidal way (not linear way) to cool each rollers as inside roller has many channel irons. In order to equably cool sheet, sheet thickness is same.

E. TRACTION PART: 1 SET

Speed Adjustment: Frequency Inverter,2 Sets of device for receiving leftover.
