In early August 2023, our team went to Indonesia to visit old customers. This time, the Litai Machinery team was led by the sales director and general manager to the customer's factory, and also took the plastic thermoforming machine sheet extruder equipment commissioning engineer with them. The first purpose is to find agents for our plastic thermoforming equipment, and the second purpose is to maintain old customers in Indonesia again. Debug and maintain the equipment of Indonesian customers for old customers, and solve common faults in daily production and problems that customers do not understand. Indonesian customers warmly welcome our team to visit their factory and maintain equipment. This customer bought two TQC-650B plastic cup thermoforming machines and two TJ-750D PP/PS plastic sheet extruders from our company in 2021!
Our equipment commissioning engineers discussed with customers and solved some problems that often occur in current customer equipment. Secondly, we also maintain and maintain the equipment, discuss the problems in the production of customers and give solutions to the problems in the production of plastic cup machines, and teach them how to solve them on the spot. The customer also enthusiastically practiced and learned the solution on site, and expressed his gratitude and warm welcome to our team for coming to their factory in Indonesia!
Finally, the customer thanked our team again for being able to solve the problems in the equipment production for them, and warmly entertained our team, and took a photo with us at the end, hoping to cooperate with us again!
