The whole machine adopts spray lubrication to reduce the wear of parts. PLC and solenoid valve are used to control the flow of silicone oil. The top crimping is formed in two ways. The first rotating top is curled, the second heating is formed, and the cup formation is more perfect. The PLC system controls the molding process of the entire cup. The photoelectric fault detection system and the servo control feed ensure the reliable performance of the paper cup machine and the operation is fast and stable. When a fault occurs, the machine can automatically stop working. This can greatly improve operational safety standards and reduce labor.
