Features:

1)The sheet pulling is driven by servo motor(Japan brand).

2)The feeding length could be adjusted by parameter setting through touch screen.

3) The stretching of plug inside of up mould is controlled by servo motor(4.4KW Brand :Japan).

4) Mould plate adopts four pillar structure more stable than two pillar machine. 

5) Under the condition of stable voltage,servo motor to pulling and conveyor the sheet precisely to avoid wasting sheet.

6) It can finish production at one time through sheet feeding, heating, stretching, forming and in-mould cutting.
