Therefore, in the consumption of "disposable plastic cups", the quality of mold maintenance and training directly affects the efficiency of consumption and the quality of the cup making machine. Therefore, the effective maintenance and protection of the mold is particularly the crux.


Therefore, it is suggested that the thermoforming mold should be fixedly installed on a positive pressure BOPS thermoforming machine with a matching model. Because the frequent change of molds not only reduces the efficiency of consumption, but also increases the possibility of damage invisibly during the process of assembly, storage, installation, and debugging of the mold. It is bound to gradually decrease the accuracy of the coordination, which will affect the product quality and consumption efficiency. Regardless of whether the positive pressure thermoforming machine is exported or the domestic positive pressure thermoforming machine (including the domestic cam type and the domestic oil pressure type positive pressure thermoforming machine), the basic principles of mold installation, adjustment and assembly are the same.

The installation and debugging methods described below are based on the cam type positive pressure thermoforming machine as a reference.

Mold installation and debugging steps: the cupping machine wipes the upper mold seat installation surface of the machine and the mold upper installation surface with a clean rag, and sprays an appropriate amount of anti-rust oil, and smears transparent color on the pressure-assisting mold plug rod Smooth ointment. Install the upper mold on the upper mold base of the equipment, do not tighten the bolts, so that it is inconvenient to align the knife edge when closing the mold. Lift the pressure-assisting mold plug to retract into the upper cut. Wipe the mounting surface of the lower die seat of the machine and the lower die mounting surface of the mold with a clean cloth, spray anti-rust oil, and apply smooth grease on the ejector rod of the mold. Install the lower mold on the lower mold base of the equipment without tightening the bolts. Manually turn the lower mold to the forming position (i.e. equal radius arc surface), adjust the upper mold seat fixing nut of the machine (for thick strips), the screw nut of the machine lower mold seat or the inclined insert plate (for fine adjustment) , So that the distance between the upper cutting board and the lower knife edge is 1/3-1/5 of the thickness of the sheet used. (Some can be nested, related to the cutting edge and mold structure) Manually turn the car to the cutting position, so that the lower knife edge enters the upper cutting board. Tighten the bolts of high and low molds: upper mold first, then lower mold, from the inside to the outside, front and back diagonally. In order to ensure that the molds of the cup lid machine are balanced by the force, it is recommended to use a torque wrench and select the appropriate torque according to the screws used. . Install cooling water pipes and air pipes accurately. Regarding the domestically produced cam equipment, before turning on the machine, the sequence of actions should be confirmed by adjusting the start and stagnation positions of the plunger, forming air, blowing, and sheet feeding sensor switches. For hydraulic equipment, first affirm the starting position of each induction switch, and then set and adjust the length of time for each action sequence. Regarding the thermoforming machine whose outlet is controlled by the angle, the starting angle and stagnation angle of the plunger, forming air, blowing, and sheet feeding should be set to confirm the sequence of actions and the length of time. The rough adjustment of the sequence can be based on the usual sequence to master the representation diagram, which is a summary of the sequence that imitates a lot of actual consumption and processing, and has a certain broadness. Individuals are only fine-tuned, and larger adjustments are necessary for individual molds.


From the perspective of cleanliness and ease of maintenance, non-smooth materials, such as non-smooth bearings and guide bushes, should be used. Domestic molds are faced with the accurate selection of materials and the improvement of processing accuracy. Due to the pressure of cost competition, inappropriate materials with low performance in the selection of blades, shears, compression aid plug rods, and cavities may not be heat treated or the heat treatment strength is not enough. The cavity can be changed without hard oxidation or sandblasting (Such as aluminum cavity), some machining accuracy (concentricity, verticality, roundness) is not enough, the degree of certainty reduces the service life of the mold, and increases the difficulty of training and maintenance in the consumption process.
