Key Features & Energy Saving Design

Advanced Extruder Design: The extruder barrel features an optimized low-height design for easier operation. Crucially, it is installed with high-grade insulation components to minimize heat loss, ensuring stable processing temperatures.
Energy Recovery System: The machine is engineered to recover energy generated from the high-speed screw rotation friction. This heat is recirculated to assist in the drying or heating process, significantly reducing overall electricity consumption compared to standard models.
Precision Calendering: Equipped with a robust 3-roller calender system (400mm diameter). The roller distance can be precisely adjusted (0-50mm) to control sheet thickness from 0.15mm to 2mm with tight tolerances.
High Output Screw: Uses a specialized 100mm Single Screw with a 33:1 L/D ratio. This long screw design ensures thorough plasticization and mixing of the material, resulting in a consistent melt flow for high-speed extrusion.
Complete Line Integration: The line includes the Extruder, Hydraulic Screen Changer for non-stop filtering, T-Die, 3-Roll Calender, Cooling Bracket, Haul-off Unit, and Double Station Rewinder for continuous roll changing.
