Product Introduction

The sheet extruder is composed of extrusion, calendaring, traction and rolling. The main parts are abrasion resistant, resistant to corrosion, high-temperature resistant by high quality specially-treated. Low resistance force in die head extruding channel makes sheet thickness evenly, the internal spiral tank in three rollers ensures an effective cooling and it is easy to change and install net changer with the hydraulic pressure unit, no need to stop machine. The machine extrudes PP/PS granule to PP/PS sheet with single color, which is used for producing plastic products by plastic thermoforming machines, like cups, food container, trays, dishes, bowls, lids, etc.

A. EXTRUDER PART: 2 SETS
Output: Max. 250kg/h Screw Dia. (main machine): Ф95mm Screw Dia. (auxiliary machine): Ф65mm Screw rod Dia. (main machine): 35:1 Screw L/D Ratio (auxiliary machine): 36:1 Screw & Barrel Material: 38CrMoAlA after nitrogen treatment with optimum hardness, strong corrosion resistance and long service lifetime. Main Motor Power: 75KW Auxiliary Motor Power: 22KW Heating way: Aluminum-casted heater, outside cover is insulation cotton.
B. DIE HEAD PART: 1 SET
Sheet Structure: 2 layer. T-die Design: like cloth-hanger, enable the melting material be flowed evenly from the outlet. Die Head Width: 800mm Finished Sheet Width: 670mm Sheet Thickness: 0.3mm-2mm. Heating Way: thermal couple heating.
C. FILTER PART: 2 SETS
Worm-Gear Case: 2 pcs Filter Size: 220 x 38 mm Net Dia.: Ф4.7mm Heating power: 11.6kw Net Changer: By hydraulic system, each set includes double filters.

D. 3 ROLLERS PART: 1 SET

F.DOUBLE WORKING STATION
Double working station is easy to receive sheet, if one roller is full, we can use another roller. It do not need to stop the machine to save time. One roller can hold 500-600KG sheet, the finished sheet roller diameter can be around 1000mm.
