Disposable Cup Machine-----Description

Disposable  cup machine is mainly used to make PP/PS/PET/PVC sheets into various disposable plastic cups, such as hot/cold water cups, ice cream cups, yogurt cups, milk cups, jelly cups, juice cups, etc. It is also possible to make products of conventional shapes such as plates, bowls, lids, and the like. Cover, tray, container, etc.

1) The stretching of plugs inside of the upper mould are controlled by servo motor.

2) It adopts four pillars to fix the mould. We could adopt four pillars to fix the mould.

3) The temperature of each zone is controlled by Temperature control module. 

4) The production process include sheet feeding, heating, plugs stretching, forming and in-mould cutting and blow final products out.

5) We adopt square steel to make the machine frame stronger.

6) This machine adopt PLC and touch screen to control.
