Product Introduction

Disposable plastic Food Container Machine uses internationally advanced plastic sheet forming technology. It is a plastic sheet forming equipment with mechanical, pneumatic and electrical integrated design. It can automatically complete all actions such as loading, feeding, heating, forming, punching, cutting, stacking, finished product transportation, and edge material winding.
Wide material compatibility: Suitable for PP, PE, PVC, PET and other thermoplastic materials, processing sheet thickness from 0.15 mm films to 2 mm sheets. This Food Container Machine is designed to process PP, PS, HIPS, PET, and PVC sheets into a wide range of products such as plastic cups, lids, bowls, trays, plates.

Application of Food Container Machine:

Food container machine is positive and negative pressure combined which is totally driven by servo motor. The machine include sheet loading-sheet heating-forming-cutting-stacking-waste material rewinding, the whole line is driven by servo motor.

Specification:
