Disposal Plates Machine

Disposable plate machine is using PP/PS/PET/PVC/HIPS/Corn Starch material to make different kinds of disposable products such as plates, egg trays, food container, microwave plastic box and etc. The max forming area is 110mm.
The multi-station thermoforming machine is suitable to handle different materials, such as A-PET, R-PET, C-PET, HIPS, PP, PLA, PVC, and barrier material, and to produce many items: trays, lids, fruits, and vegetable boxes, flower pots, clamshells, nursery trays, and plates. It can make some products that are unable to be made in one station thermoforming machine, like for example PLA products, plastic lids or containers which has holes, packing containers (fruit box, egg trays) with body and cover connected, etc.

1.Every station is driven by the eccentric crank linkage structure.

4.The machine adopts PID temperature system, it shows high precision, and temperature control tolerance ＜1℃.

5.There is a rapid mould change device, which shortens the time for mould change extremely.
