Application:

TTF series thermoforming containers machine is mainly used to form PP/PS/PET sheet into various kinds of disposable plastic containers, such as plate, bowl, cover, lid, dish, etc with different moulds.

Specification:

1) The stretching of plugs inside of the upper mould are controlled by servo motor.

2) The sheet feeding of containers machineis driven by servo motor. 

3) It adopts four pillars to fix the mould. We could adopt four pillars to fix the mould. 

4) The up mould is fixed and the down mould movement is driven by servo motor.  

5) There are total 63pcs two-lines heating tile and 21pcs four-lines heating tile for this containers machine.

6) The production process include sheet feeding, heating, plugs stretching, forming and in-mould cutting and blow final products out.

7)Heaters adopts “Elstein” from Germany, vacuum insulation cotton--save more energy.

8) This machine adopt PLC and touch screen to control.
