It is suitable for processing different materials, such as PP, PS, HIPS, PET, PVC, PLA etc. processing high transparency, high stretch, shallow stretch, round, square, upper and lower two-way stretch, flanged and other products, including trays, lids, fruit and vegetable boxes, flower pots, shells, seedling trays and plates, etc.

Automatic Food Container Machine of Features

1) The stretching of plugs inside of the upper mould are controlled by air cylinder.

2) The sheet feeding is driven by pin chain which is controlled by motor with inverter, while the feeding length is controlled by the encoder.

3) It adopts four pillarsto fix the mould.

4) The up mould is fixed and the down mould movement is driven by twin cam.

5) There are total 16 heating zones. The temperature of each zone is controlled by temperature control module.

6) The production process includes sheet feeding, heating, plugs stretching, forming and in-mould cutting and blow final products out.

7) We adopt square steelto make the machine frame stronger,supporting the whole manchine work normally.

8) This machine adopts PLC and touch screen to control,making it easy to run and operate.
